Check this out all you graf heads. In Tucson, AZ, the city are spending money to teach youth from ages 13 to 21 to make art out of a spray can and to do graffiti the right way. Even some of the city's own buildings are being used to demonstrate the artwork. The program is to instruct city youth to not tag or spray paint illegally. Also, this program is to bring artistic recreation for the youth. Although, the city, enthusiasits, graf artists, and local organizations approve of this Non-crime & NOT-gang related program, a ton of neighbors are furious. Just as usual ignorant people can't accept the real essence of hip-hop culture and only criticize. It is kind of controversial within the city like how it was in the film "Style Wars".
